ZUCHU BECOMES 1ST FEMALE ARTIST IN EAST AFRICA TO HIT 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS ON YOUTUBE

Tanzanian singer and songwriter Zuchu has made history yet again! The ‘Sukari’ hitmaker has once again surpassed her female competitors in the music industry as she has become the 1st female in East Africa to fetch 1million Subscribers on YouTube. It’s important to note that she also made history weeks ago when she released her song dubbed ‘Sukari’.

The song had a massive viewership. In less than 24 hours, it had 1 million views! Zuchu is has taken to social media to thank her fans for the support they’ve given her. On her Instagram, she wrote

The Gold Plaque is an award given by YouTube on reaching 1 million Subs.

Zuchu has now overtaken Nandy, who was the leading female artiste with most subscribers in East Africa (723K).

We can’t wait for the next musical hit from Zuchu. She’s becoming a big deal and she totally deserves it.
