BURNA BOY WINS GRAMMY AWARD AT THE 63RD GRAMMYS

The “Twice As Tall” album has won the Global Music Album at the ongoing Grammy awards, due to COVID-19, the event was made virtual.

The Grammys organisers have announced Burna Boy’s recent album “Twice As Tall” as the winner in the renamed “Best World Music Album” category. It was released in 2020 with Diddy as the executive producer and was nominated later that year for the 63rd Grammy awards.

This is Burna Boy’s second attempt in the category and the first Grammy win of his music career. Nigerians are so excited for him as one of the few exclusive Nigerian singers to win a Grammy.
