So bad was he that other students would use a compass on him to see if he would burst.
Sharing his experience Maina shared
“Be sensitive. I was a big kid and used to prick me up using a compass to see if I would burst.
People take stress differently. Some take it as a joke laugh about it and forget, others can take it a bit serious.
Be kind and sensitive towards other people. Let’s learn to be comfortable in your own skin, some are not.”
Mwalimu King’angi was of the opinion that some comments are not body shaming and are just taken out of context.
Speaking during the Morning Conversation on Classic 105, Mwalimu advised people to accept themselves for who they are instead of always complaining.
“I have been called darkness before and I did not get mad. Don’t take everything personally.
