Taylor Swift has donated £23,000 ($30,000) to a London-based student struggling to raise the funds for a math course.
Vitoria Mario – who is originally from Portugal – explained how she needed £40,000 to study at the University of Warwick because she’s not eligible for maintenance loans or grants.
She had collected nearly half of her target when Taylor came across her story online.
“I am so inspired by your drive and dedication to turning your dreams into reality,” the singer wrote on Victoria’s fund-raising page before giving her the rest of the money.
