Lewis Hamilton has received his knighthood for services to motorsport.
The 36-year-old Briton received the honor from Prince
Charles during a ceremony at Windsor Castle attended the ceremony with his mum Carmen.
He was previously made an MBE in 2008 after winning his first F1 championship.
It comes three days after he was denied an eighth Formula 1 drivers’ title, after controversy at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
