According to TMZ, Nichol Lechmanik is suing Ye for assault, battery, and negligence after Ye threw her phone in response to her recording him at his child’s basketball game. The incident was recorded by Lechmanik’s business partner. She said the incident left her traumatized, humiliated, and that she lost earnings from not having her phone.
