Charles Leclerc also revealed it is hard to get back into the car after. “It’s always difficult to get back in the car after something like that, but it’s the best we could do. We need our full concentration on the track, but it was hard to get it back into focus.”
Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff said that in a situation like this, it’s an option to pull the team out of the race. “If he had been injured worse, God forbid, we probably would have pulled out. Health and life are more important than a sporting event.”
