Sauti Sol’s Bien says he experienced great happiness in his earlier days of Sauti Sol.
In a recent interview on Singleton Stories, Bien said at that time life wasn’t that serious.
”The innocence of life, Bien from Rongai going into all those new places through music. Meeting new people in new territory. I really look back at those times. I call them the simpler times and beautiful,” he said.
He added that although he was happy and taking things easy, he does not wish to go back there.
”But do I want to go back there? Hell no! I was broke as hell. I don’t wanna be that person right now.
Bien also said that dancing with former US president Barrack Obama was his highlight.
”You know anyone can be in an MTV award but Dancing with former US president Barrack Obama was like a really great moment.”
