BREAKING NEWS; HOMEBOYZ RADIO FIRES SHAFFIE, DJ JOE MFALME AND NEVILLE

Homeboyz radio is not tolerating the recent actions of the breakfast show team anymore. The management had previously ought to suspend Shaffie, Dj Joe and Neville over the remarks they made on a girl (Eunice) who was pushed from 12th floor by a man she met on Facebook.

The management has now decided to terminate the services of Shaffie Weru and the entire breakfast team.

DJ Joe Mfalme quit Capital FM earlier in the year and landed the new job at Homeboyz radio.

Shaffie Weru and DJ Joe Mfalme had however apologized over their actions of victim shaming. They released their apology statements on social media; all in vain.

Additionally, EABL (East African Breweries Limited) suspended all forms of advertising with Radio Africa over the same; double loss!

Violence against women has been more pronounced recently. Trying to justify such a topic should not be tolerated; and media personality Adelle Onyango also agrees. She blasted Shaffie, Mfalme and Neville over the same.

The ramifications of their actions were dire. They’ve acted as an example to all those who try to justify gender-based violence.
