‘I Believe In God Of Second Chance’ RUTH MATETE

Ruth Matete was asked if she will date again and she said she believes in God of second chances.

Gospel singer Ruth Matete has not given up on love.

The mother of one shared her story with Kalekye’s Health Moments on YouTube where she discussed details about grieving her late husband Beloved John.

Matete and her late husband, Beloved John met in 2017 and settled together after their wedding in 2019.

Unfortunately, four months into the marriage, Matete lost her husband to a fire accident.

By the time, she was three months pregnant.

She said fear of how she would raise her child alone engulfed her but through different counsellors, she has managed to remain strong.

She said her faith in God has also been strengthened and every day God has been her provider.

During the interview, Ruth Matete was asked if she will date again and she said she believes in God of second chances.

“Do I see myself loving again? Yes, My God. Death is wicked but life goes on and for us who believe in God, we know that there is a God of another chance and the fact that God allows me to still love again, why not. I definitely see myself loving again and having a family.”

Ruth Matete’s daughter turned one year this month.
