Miguna: Show Which law I broke by swearuing raila as president

A live interview on Wednesday night featuring controversial Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna, degenerated into chaos on KTN news, after Miguna insisted that he did not break any

known law by swearing in ODM party chief Raila Odinga, after the contested polls of 2018.
Miguna, who has been barred from returning to the country on several occasions,

demanded that the show’s host, Ken Mijungu, produce the law that the lawyer is accused of violating.

Mijungu claimed Miguna broke Kenyan law by ostensibly swearing in Raila Odinga as thepeople’s president at the infamous Uhuru Park rally in 2018.

“You, yourself went ahead after the declaration, to swear in Raila Odinga,”Mijungu said,

suggesting that whereas the State had been fined for disobeying court orders, Miguna hadalso broken the law by performing the controversial swearing.
