MOST JAPANESE PEOPLE DIDN’T SUPPORT THE OLYMPICS

The Tokyo Olympics have proved controversial, since the Covid pandemic began.

Before the Games started a petition against the Olympics collected 420,000 signatures, 10,000 registered volunteers quit, hospitals posted ‘Stop Olympics’ messages on windows and hundreds of cities backed out of hosting.
