The Comedian had pledged to lead music artists in storming the parliament in a bid to fix the music industry in Kenya.
However, his plan did not bear fruit after he was blocked by police officers who bundled him into a police vehicle.
Mpasho has established that Eric OMondi was arrested for the offence of causing disturbance near parliament buildings.
He has been detained at the Central Police Station in Nairobi CBD.
“He had not followed procedures to stage the so called protests. We are however sorting him out,” Central Ocpd Adamson Bungei said
In a video that has gone viral, Eric Omondi is seen trying to resist arrest by jumping on the rooftop of the police vehicle.
