PRESIDENT SAMIA: “POLITICAL DEMOCRACY EXISTS IN TANZANIA”

Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan has said he will not discuss the case of the

leader of the main opposition party – Chadema – Freeman Mbowe who is facing terrorism charges.

In an exclusive interview with BBC correspondent Salim Kikeke, President Samia said he was confident the law would take its course.

In addition to democracy and freedom of expression, President Samia Suluhu Hassan said the people have enough freedom.
