Scientists Find Sea Otters Can Fight Climate Change

Hunted to the brink for their fur, scientists are now studying how the diet of these animals

may also make them climate superheroes.

They help ecosystems capture carbon from the atmosphere and store it deep underwater,

preventing it from being converted back to carbon dioxide and contributing to climate change.
