TANZANIA: OMARY KWESIGA AND ONE DOCTOR SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF COVID-19 DRAMA

The Office of the President – said the action of two staff members, Mwalimu Omary Kwesiga, Head of the Primary Education Department of Arusha City Council, and Scolastica Kanje, Assistant Nursing Officer of Arusha Regional Hospital to act out the Covid-19 immunization exercise illegally.

Following the situation, the Minister of PMO-RALG, Ummy Mwalimu has instructed the Secretary-General OR-PMO-RALG to suspend Mwalimu Omary Kwesiga.

Has also ordered Scolastica to be sent to the Council of Nurses and Midwives for further action.
