Faith Kipyegon sets new Olympic record after finishing the women’s 1500m final in 3:53:11
Kenya and Uganda continue to collect gold medals at the Olympics.
Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei won his second medal at the Tokyo Olympics when he won gold in the 5,000m where he had already won a silver medal in the 10,000m.
Meanwhile, Kenyan Faith Kipyegon has won a gold medal after ruling in the 1500 meters.
So far Kenya has a total of 6 medals with two being gold while Uganda has 4 medals and 2 are gold
