Darleen was married as a second wife to Isihaka Mtoro. During the wedding day, she shared a picture of herself in bridal attire hugging her new husband.

She chose a flowered embroidered gown in shades of green and white. The colour green is usually worn during the Nikah wedding ceremony which symbolizes the taking of vows by both the bride and the groom.

The newlyweds had dated for a little over a year before getting married. In a recent interview with Wasafi TV, the songstress whose real name is Mwanajuma Abdul Juma revealed that she is happy being a second wife as a Muslim man can marry up to four wives.

She also said her wedding was arranged which meant that most of her family members like her mother Mama Dangote, brother Diamond Platnumz and sister Esma Platnumz were not able to attend.
